Hey Game Devs!!! You Lost Some Skills Back There!

Hello and welcome to my wonderful issue post centered on abilities I enjoy or would like to enjoy that are ruined/obsolete due to being left behind through the patches in sustain, utility, damage, and/or mechanics. (These are issues on both LIVE and PTS)
Here is my list sorted by category-

This Doesn't Make Sense:
I would love that much needed fix on all of these abilities, because, they are game-breaking/immersion-breaking bugs that, again, inhibit "play[ing] the way you want".
Everyone, feel free to post what skills are ruined for you due to uselessness or buginess, or whatever. Let's show our game creators the skills/sets/etc. that have been left behind for a long time. (I'm trying to get rid of required meta builds... SHH!)

no way, yes and beep no!!! incaps fine as it is. poisons do need a bit of a buff on some of them. and heavy armor is fine where it is dont touch it!!!!1 -
