Whats happened to the social and casual guilds? - Symptom of a deeper problem?

Whats happened on XBox EU? The only guilds I see these days are either hardcore trials and dungeon guilds or Trading guilds. I was in a couple of social and casual guilds until recently, but they seem to have died. People stopped talking even in text chat, and voice chat was entirely dead.

Are there no social/casual helpful and friendly guilds where people populate voice chat and just banter/chat and then go and help each other out even if it just a dolmen or world boss? Or just do crafting for each other, provide pointers, help low levels, and just help people make new friends?

I am really worried that Voice chat in particular seems to have died a horrible death on this platform. There seems to little socialising and making new friends on here has suddenly become very difficult.
