Group Bars Showing Mana and Stam?

I'm a healer ingame, and was wondering if there was an addon that shows your groups Stam or Mana amounts? Would be nice to have so I know who and when people need resources rather than just aimlessly tossing shards and other spells with no purpose.

✭✭✭✭While this would be interesting, it might be out of the limits of the allowed API. Imagine if people could see these bars in cyrodiil, for a moment.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Last i checked (which was several months ago) neither stamina nor magicka values are available through the API ...

I believe there can be API limitations in PVP that allow you to only see the mana/stam bars of your own group.0
