Hi,
Minion no longer runs for me no matter what i do. Even trying to re-install, the official site fails to DL it.
Is there an alternative?

✭I had the same problem for several days in a row. It worked again once I restarted my computer. Try that, if you haven't yet.
Otherwise, you can always download and install add-ons directly in the folder. Find them here: http://www.esoui.com/downloads/index.php
