Ancient Dragons guild recruiting (veteran Trial oriented guild)

A brief description:

Currently a small but growing guild focused on veteran Trials. We are focusing on both training runs as well as score runs. Trials are being signed up by using the Activity finder addon every week currently for Saturdays and Sundays, and when the guild grows there will be Trial runs during the week.

The main focus is not to make a small core group of 12 players and isolate the rest of the members. The goal is to expand a guild with members that are capable of doing veteran Trials and to have a large pool of people for a one big group where noone is singled out. Having a Trial group where everyone is on a similar level comes with a price though which would be the signup requirements that are as follows:

Requirements:

Damage Dealers: able to do at least 30k DPS on a target dummy self buffed. 35k+ will be required for joining vHOF and vMOL HMs. Candidates should also have completed at least several of the Craiglorn veteran Trials.

Healers and tanks should also have a solid experience in veteran trials. Participation in vMOL HM, vHOF HM will be allowed only if they have completed the non-hardmode versions of the trial based either on past experience or by completing them through one of the training runs.

Currently the guild is composed of members from different guilds where most have already completed vMOL HM, vHOF HM, and some vAS HM.

As vAS HM requires coordination and a lot of experience in this trial, the guild is currently progressing with more frequent +0 and +1 runs until all members are ready to do the Hard Mode.For doing the hard mode all members need to have done all +1 versions of the trial as well as speed run and no death run. Those can be achieved based on past experience or by the organized training runs which we are currently doing in the following order:
vAS+0 (to have an understanding on the performance of the group before each of the ones below is attempted to avoid frustration due to unexperienced members.)
vAS+1
vAS nodeath
vAS speed run
vAS HM

Guild events are not canceled due to lack of signups. In the case where there are not enough Trial signups, then additional players are invited from other guilds to participate in an event.
