Addon for filtering/hiding skill lines

As I've played the game I've picked up skill lines I plan to put no points in anymore and would wish to hide them when I am looking at my skill lines.
Is there any addon that filters out or hides skill lines from view?
Would this be possible with the current Api?

The only thing I could try to do is:
Show the entries as "disabled" (greyed out) and you can choose to disable/enable them via a mouse context menu.
This will only show them disabled but you are still able to click them and the abilities are shown on the right side if you click the category.

Upon request:
Added option to enable a context menu at the skill type headers.
You are able to mark a skill line as "not relevant"/"relevant again". The entry will be grayed out and gets the status icon set to a red X if it's marked as not relevant.
