They are making the base ability activatable - meaning you press the button once to summon the familiar - pressing it a second time after summoning will do an ability. Unstable familiar does AOE winged twilight will heal one target
Bound aegies is not longer giving maximum magic?

and is only major fracture, not breach, that goes to magic morph, now wardens have no in class stun at all.

Light/Heavy attacks buff is a nice idea.
There is also a new Psijic ability for light attack’s called imbued weapon:
Imbue Weapon caused your next two Light Attacks within 2s to cause additional Physical Damage. One morph makes it a Magicka ability rather than Stamina and also applied a random elemental debuff (Chilled, Burning or Concussed), while the other morph it remains Stamina based but healed the caster for 15% of the damage done.
