Lag in Cyrodiil worst than normal

Hello,
I have been happy with the improvements that Zos has made. However, lately the lag in Vivec is much worst than normal. There won't even be full populations and we aren't having a huge fight and we are getting lag spikes. I have the Xbox One X and have seen huge improvements in disconnecting and also in lag, but over the past couple of days, the lag is horrible. The FPS drops way down.
