ok ok, don't punch me in the neck when i ask this but where do i find a guilds band? or line? Listen even i sound like a noobtard to myself so take it easy...

    Do you mean the mages / fighters guild skill line?

    Just go too the guild house in your starting zone (Vivec, Auridon, Daggerfall or in ... EP first big town xD)

    once you've joined the guild you will have the skill line
