No Mount from Preorder...

Purchased the Collector’s Digital Upgrade about an hour ago and have yet to receive the mount in my collection. Restarted game and console numerous times...anyone else having the same issue?

Ordered through the PSN Store website and got my Senche mount right away. Be sure you completely exit the game and reopen after purchase and maybe try clicking the PSN button to add to download queue.

Same boat here in PS4 NA. Pre-ordered right as it came up live to order. Digital Collectors Edition. Several others I play with did in fact receive their mount.. I did not.

Same. Interestingly, under "Services List" (PS4-->Account Management-->Account Info), for ESO, the Nightmare Senche is listed, but it doesn't appear in game.

Tried restart console, restart game, re-login, login with two different characters. Still nothing. Please help.

i ended up restarting my computer and the messages stopped. (pc/na)

Xbox NA:
From start / chapters / prepurchase / collectors edition, the link takes me to the store but says “the thing you’re looking for isn’t here”

There’s a Code: 0x00000005 and a CV at the bottom, but the CV appears to be a unique identifier.

I can find the prepurchase by going through the store on my own, and transacting it that way did pop up with a senche mount screen message as well as a number of center screen announce UI errors.

It claims notification (1) but none appear in the list. Changing zones pops a bunch of notification list and collection update provider errors.

Making the new senche active also popped some ui errors.

Editing to add: The content all appears in my PSN account under the media tab but the mount does not appear in game.

My son wanted to hop on his free play account, he used it during last free play event, but Login Error on Launcher screen says "Login Failed.. your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time..."

The username and password are fine, as he can login his account on elderscrollsonline.com. Is it possible to enjoy multiple free play events , even if he has never purchased the game, and only plays on freeplay weekends.

What steps should he take to login to the actual game with his previously setup freeplay account?
