    The housing instance used is Strident Springs Demesne. The tiled floor stretching into a void of nothingness is the preview screen you get by clicking any furnishing item or furnishing design. Quite useful in determining the relative scale of an item.

    yeah they are repeating last years stuff. I'm excited for the Dark Brotherhood window and the statues to come back. those are totally worth it. fishing stuff, not so much.

    Thanks for the mooring balls/dock idea. I am no longer afraid of the slaughterfish.
    Now if I could figure out how to build a dock at Daggerfall Overlook....
