Character deletion - Unseen problem

So I was recently able to get my compromised account back from microsoft, and eso support was able to restore a character for me but one of the characters deleted was my main character and they are saying they have no record of the character. So I'm suspecting the person changed the name of the character then deleted it, Is there anyway for me to find the name of the character that was deleted? Didnt use it for any trials or vma leaderboards so i cannot use that as a reference. This was my main character and all I have to go on is a charge of eso crowns. So thats when I suspect the change happened. Could anyone shed some light on this?

-Update, So after recieveing a responses from the team they said "After review, we were unable to locate this character available for restore.

As it stands, please remember that character deletion is intended to be permanent and not all characters are able to be restored."

Thats BS, this character has the most amount of time played on my account and is my main character. There is no way this is even possible. My account was taken and everything that happened was completely out of my control. Please look again
