It´s actually just the Lion Guard Knight costume (purchased in crown store according to the game) that´s dyed with superior blue and ransacker blue.
I´ve deleted characters so I must refarm styles if I want to make more custom armor However I´ve had a hard time finding decent 'normal' looking armor, and I want to spend time playing, too... So much in computer games is gaudy for no reason, has spikes or horns in 'unmotivated' places or, in ESO, contains undyeable parts that stand out and limit what colours I can use unless I am willing to have the character look like a rainbow.
It got a bit nippy outside so she got a longer skirt.
