All types of underbust corsets are part of costumes only available in the crown store. The closest you could get to that chest piece on your picture would be the "Grim Harlequin" outfit style which is only available in exchange for real money and only during the witches festival. (Fantastic, I know...)

Maybe you'll get lucky and a fitting style for the chest makes it way into the game with a dungeon dlc or something similar.
However there are planty of pants rocking belts on the upper leg, no shoes nor boots rocking heels but plenty of simple fashioned leather gloves. I recommend to have a look at your collections tab and browse the available motifs for something that you find most fitting. Good luck!

I'm dissatisfied with this one. I tried getting a more unique pose by screencapping her in the middle of transitioning between two idle animations, but this just looks like a T-Pose.

[ This is basically a repost of my previous post in this thread that showed my alt characters at level 26, but now they're at level 40, and the armor/weapons look even better ]

My 7 alt characters, all created to be crafters, but I put a lot of effort into the character creation, because I wanted to enjoy using them in other activities also, e.g. redoing quests I enjoyed before and want to revisit, but which my main character is now locked out of. I just recently got them all to level 40, and so replaced their previous level 26 armor and weapons I previously crafted with newly-crafted level 40 armor and weapons.

I was surprised at how good the crafted armor and weapons look. They're all using magicka staves, but the races and classes differ. They are as follows (the images are in the same order):
- orsimer Atuesh Duroel, a dragonknight
- altmer Elaia Elsinfaere, a templar
- dunmer Aloisea Imylyn, a nightblade
- imperial Raenara Evicinia, a warden
- khajiit Ko'Linahr, a templar
- breton Viveau Ephior, a dragonknight
- nord Kjolta Mjorkesdottir, a warden

The armor is heavy chest and medium legs in Twice-Born Star (to allow 2 mundus stone bonuses together), and 5 light pieces in Heartland Conqueror (for the training bonus), while the staves and necklace are Twice-Born Star, so I get the 5 piece bonus for both sets. I've added the mundus stone boons The Lover and The Thief for all of them.

I also used the racial style material for each of them matching their races, so I could see the differences, and the armor and weapons are all superior/blue.

The screenshots below show their armor/weapons from left to right in levels 6, 26 and 40. Personally, I think the look improved with each level upgrade to the crafted items, but I know that can be pretty subjective, so I'll let you all make up your own minds about these.
