Agreed, but it looks like ZOS is trying to avoid feminine\sexy stuff, they are even afraid to show some butt cheeks (Timbercrow Wanderer outfit), so, yeah, I'm afraid that it's almost pointless to ask such things...sadly

A good amount of the motifs that are getting released lately (Waking Flame, Deadlands Gladiator, Paravant's Letale, Black Fin Legion, Chitinous, Crimson Oath, Scorianite Gladiator) show quite a bit more skin compared to previous motifs. So I think ZOS is maybe becoming a bit less 'prudish', which is a good thing because it allows for more variety and it makes it easier to show off the skins and body markings they want to sell us :P

Might mainly work on PC, I'm not familiar with console and you often do emotes differently there.

It's super easy to do with a controller, but you have to add the emote to your hotkey wheel.
Block (and hold) > long press Right Dpad > Choose emote. The emote drops block and the weapon you're holding stays in your hand.

Don't know what are the boots but I suppose that you find this cool because of the upper part and this is tied to the legs (skirt) , not the boots. And it's Deadlands Gladiator style, heavy legs.

The boots are simply red guard shoes 1 dyed with cold harbour ash black. The deadlands gladiator hvy legs style does a nice job of effectively creating a thigh high effect.
