Just bought another house from the Classic range. I bought it unfurnished and it shows I am using 74/600 items .. so does that mean this cap is spread across your houses, not per house as I thought?

✭Item caps are for the individual house.
“Unfurnished” homes still come with a variety of things that can be moved or manipulated...usually plants, stones and some basic lighting.
When you first buy a home, you can see what removable items are there by entering the housing enditor, and tabbing over to “retrieve”.0
