Invisibility potions surpassing dots now?

I had tested this with destructive reach and poison shot skills and when I chug the invisibility potion the whole dot tick goes ''miss miss miss'' for the duration. Is this intended? Because I dont remember it being like this until recently

Gorrest✭✭✭I believe it was changed when a bug with Cloak got fixed when it was breaking from some DoTs back in the Morrowind era. Been using them even before that and that is the lastest time I can think of them working the same way Cloak is. Dont think it was ever reported to be changed, but I believe it most likely intended.-PvP Characters-

✭✭So it doesnt work with every dot? I dont remember reading such change in the patch notes.
