Low health visual cue mod

I know there are mods that will give you a "Low Health!!" warning on the screen, but are there any mods that give you a more graduated visual cue, such as the LowWarn mod for LotRO? The edge of the screen goes from a subtle red to a more vibrant, urgent red as your health get low:





After getting up to date with LotRO for the last couple of months I realize how much I miss this mod with ESO, often looking down at my health and seeing I am at 20% health and scrambling to heal/shield etc...
