Looking for casual dueling guild

Are there any casual dueling guilds out there? Searching for a guild that is relaxed and not really into the meta where I can find other players to duel. I'd rate my PVP skills as maybe a 4/10 and truthfully, I'd like a guild where I only get stomped all over 4/10 times (so casual).
