I might be inclined to buy it if I could actually decorate it. But that's impossible with 700 items. The furnished version of the house with half of the item limit filled up literally looks empty. You wouldn't be able to even decorate half of the yard (or conversely, half of the interior) before running out of furniture slots. You could fit 3 Hunding's Palatial Halls in it, and you can't even decorate Hundings with 600 items...
The problem is that this house will probably be a limited time, crown store item. But with current item limits, it's not going to be viable and I for one am not going to spend €100-150 on this house when it only has 700 item limit.
But... I will be disappointed if the item count is increased by say double but this house is no longer available - this is my dilemma
I think ZOS should focus on the small/medium houses until they resolve whatever bottleneck is preventing them from increasing the item limit

ZOS would be dumb not to re-release past crown store houses once the furniture limit goes up.

I still dont understand why ESO has housing item limits at all..
even when u fill a house with 700 items and have 24 ppl in there with 3-4 duels going...
I dont get ANY lag at all, and my computer is... lol lets say 'FAR' from being 'top of the line' or even modern for that matter..
My pc was considered "middle end" over 8 years ago...
