Could we get a regeneration buff for logging in/out of housing?

It would be nice if entering our homes and apartments equally gave a stackable one hour regen to mag, stam, and health. If implemented please do not give better buffs to people who purchase expensive / exclusive homes. Keep it equal for all.

I'd be fine if it was removed when you load into Cyro/battlegrounds or accept a duel (or was a small enough buff that it doesn't really merit worrying about, like the trinimac's blessing or lighting a campfire buff, for instance).

Instead of recovery buffs I would like to see something like +1% exp, similar to the well-rested bonus from the single-player games.

No, this shouldn't and will never happen simply because of balancing issues. As to the experience buff, ZOS is there to make money, so that probably won't happen either.
