Change permissions for turning on/off lights

I'm posting this to get support from the community to get Zos to fix this issue. Anyone with a home has or knows someone that has been effected. while your offline, someone enters your home and turns off all the lights. I'm asking for everyone to reply with their support to get this permission changed from visitor to decorator. This is the easiest fix I can think of until Zos can figure something else out. SO please reply with a simple "I support" let's send Zos the message to fix this.
