Player disconnected at the tail end of a Trial, no score received and unable to loot

I'm sure this is a lost cause but I thought I'd reach out because it's pretty sad.
Last night, our group set a new high score (for us) in vMoL (101k). Unfortunately, one of our healers disconnected just before execute on Rakkhat (about 13% IIRC) and did not receive a score (and of course couldn't loot, either).
Now, obviously the loot is lost, but is there any way to manually fix the score? The user who disconnected was LilPixieWings, our faithful and dedicated healer who of course got disconnected 45 seconds before we finally broke 100k in vMoL.
It's really frustrating fighting crashes and DCs just to get our full team on the leaderboard. Thanks.
