some xbox users unable to start game since update

Hi @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I have a couple of Guild mates who can't start the game since the update.
From looking at Reddit there's a few people having this problem. And deleting the save game cache etc hasn't fix it.
They are both going to do a full reinstall but will take them days as poor connections (China) however from the looks of the other threads this won't fix it anyway.
