LT not working, ONLY in ESO

Howdy all, basically since the last patch, LT does not working in game. It's fine every other use. I can't block, break free or interupt. I can't even zoom out of the world map.

Has anyone else got/had this issue. It's very strange

    I have had problems with R2 on my PS4 controller and found the problem was that the button was getting stuck (from over use). So it pressed but sometimes it didn't completely release without me pulling it out. Swapping to a new controller fixed the problem for me.

    Well I thought I'd bite the bullet and open my controller. Turns out one of the magnets wasn't seated correctly. I pushed it back and and voilà, job done. It's obviously been dropped when I've been working away. Why it worked elsewhere and not in-game is beyond me.
