Wow! I'm an amateur it seems. So far I have:

• the free inn rooms (but not the penthouse - didn't realize there was a quest for it in Vivec City - thanks, thread!)
• Strident Springs Demense
• Linchal Grand Manor

Next, I want to create an inn so thinking about Ravenhurst, Gardner House, or Kragenhome.

Thanks for the recommendation! I love the location of the Gardner House but also the remoteness of Ravenhurst. Maybe I'll get both haha...but have Gardner House be the inn. About that, though, what would go in the basement? I was thinking maybe a thieves guild / gambling / drinking sort of ambience.

I feel bad now that I now got an 11th home >_>' I was having issues finding someone near reapers march so I kinda got Cyrodilic Jungle House >.>' to be fairly honest I actually wanted that house outside of using it as a sort of port point. Whelp there goes 71k but it is alright. I'm not rich for those wondering, and am guildless, just know how to money farm to get where I need to be (want to be)
