Another Possible Workaround For Rain Shader "Disco Lights" Issue

So, no mention of a fix for this in the current patch notes, and no mention of a future fix or acknowledgement of the issue despite numerous responses + screen shots. Some people have said delete the shader file, other say download votans advanced setting and turn off the rain shader. One more possible fix I tried was going into the usersettings.txt file and going to rain_wetness and changing it from "1" to "0." Im not a code wiz or anything so idk if this is actually doing anything but since changing this value Ive not had any disco lights issues. If people are still experiencing this issue maybe try this and let me know if it works for you. Very disappointed this wasn't officially fixed since its a very annoying bug and so many people are experiencing it.
