Support Ticket Character Limit

Every single time I submit a support ticket in-game, my report gets cut off after like 50 characters and the person who responds to my ticket always has to ask me to repeat what I said and I have to re-type my whole report again in e-mail. Please expand the character limit for in-game support tickets so I don't have to explain my issue twice.
