Infinite load screen is now a 304 error

I was in an infinite load screen after trying to get into a world boss in Clockwork City. I closed app, uploaded my saved data, then deleted it.
I was back into the game for about a minute before it closed itself and said I had a duplicate account. Then Error 304.
Now it says an unepected internal error has occurred, and that I should contact help.elderscrollsonline.com, which is really not any help, and similar to an infinite load screen.
Advise is welcome.
