Am I to presume the PS4 version of this guy got axed? I'm not finding them ANYWHERE. My wife and I have searched forums etc for prerequisites, and a bunch of other places. And can't find anything on it - nor can we find the quest giver in the location others on PC are finding them.

✭✭✭✭You have to progress through the main quest until you get to the part that involves the crows. You help them, they help you, and then you can pickup the daily.PC/NA/EP ✌️1 -
