• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – November 19, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)

All patched but all kinds of weird.
All patched and can access the game, but all menus are broken, all NPC's are called offline, but I can see other players fine.
Have rebooted a few times and still got this creepy odd version of the game.
Any help or ideas would be great, thanks in advance.
