Is there anyway to save your current inventory to disk?

I like looking up prices online to get an idea of what the average price of items are before selling them, and I get tired of writing them down on paper or switching from the game to internet each time I look up a price for an item.

So my question is is there a way to copy or save your inventory to a file?
