FYI - Achievements only required to buy Notable, Large & Festival homes

I'm making a topic about this because I didn't see one already and I'm not sure how many people will realise. They've removed the requirement to complete an achievement to buy small and medium houses with gold. You now only need to complete for one for large and notable homes and for festival ones like the Exorcized Coven Cottage.

There is a downside to this in that some of the houses are in locations which aren't safe until you've completed quests in the area, and those are usually the same quests which give the achievement. But there's nothing stopping you from completing them if it bothers you. Otherwise just be careful when you head out the front door.

There's also an issue at the moment (I'm guessing it's a bug) where it doesn't actually tell you what you need to do to purchase the other houses - it just says 'Requirements Not Met'. But hopefully that will be fixed soon.
