Quest: At any cost

Ive had this quest for a couple of days now and have been picking up the stones as I explore the zone. Now Id like to finish the quest, how can I tell which stones I already have and the ones I still need? No problems getting them so far but I dont want to have to run al over the zone checking each place out to see if Ive already gotten them.
