Game crashing after use of text chat.

When using the text chat with keyboard on Xbox One S, the Game suddently crash to xbox home screen. For a minute before crashing I'm unable to type in chat.

Have you only experienced crashing when using the keyboard on your Xbox One S? You may want to try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port on the Xbox One S and see if that helps. Power-cycling the console could also help resolve the crash.

To power cycle an Xbox One:

1. Turn off the console by holding the [Xbox button] on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.
2. Disconnect the power cable from the back of the console. After 30 seconds reconnect the power cable to the back of the console.
3. Turn the console back on by pressing the [Xbox button] on the console or the [Xbox button] on the controller

Thank you for your reply. I will try the above, and see if that might help. The problem seems less frequent when in low populated areas.
