PS4 EU Player Needs Help Gearing Up

Hi everyone!
My friend plays on PS4 EU and needs help with crafting and improving gear to legendary quality from anyone who is wealthy enough and willing to help.
In return for doing him (and me) this favor, I will reciprocate twice as much and either help out any of your friends on PC EU, or yourself if you want to make the switch and need help starting out. To put it simply, whatever you do for my friend, I will do twice as much either for your friend or yourself.
He basically wants to run one of my NB builds but doesn't have the gear or resources to get it (isn't even max cp) and I'm trying to set him up in any way I can. English is not top-notch so this is why I'm handling it, hopefully from start to finish.
If anyone is willing to help out and is not a huge problem in terms of resources/time, do hit me up with a private message please, I don't browse the forums anymore, only came here because of him now, to see if I can do anything about it.
