Just Wondering... Are quests effected by character type???

When I was doing a dark brotherhood quest a quest character commented on the fact my character was a vampire. How many quests are affected by this and what other things effect the quest dialogue, like race, or other factors?

Ooh, plenty. There are some differences in dialogue depending on race when you play Auridon for example. Veiled Heritance members and their sympathizers are racist to non-Altmer characters, and will initially assume that your Altmer characters agree with them. This mostly doesn't affect quest outcome itself, it just changes the lines people say to you.

If I recall right though, there are Wrothgar quests that can go very differently if you are actually an Orc.

I noticed some dialogue differences when I did Orsinium as an Orc, versus when I did it as a human.
Sometimes there's no difference in the dialogue, but I love it when there is.

I haven't done this, but now you've made me want to. Unfortunately, I just turned my only Argonian into a Nord. LOL.
