Possible New Houses

Ltc4

Post what houses you would like to see become available to player housing in future updates. Say where it is the "name" of it that shows up when you go to enter and where it is on the map as best you can so that other people can go and look and give their thoughts.

Eastmarch, Fort Amol, Jarl's House (the big one behind the wall.)
Secondary location. Rift, Nimalten, Thane's House.

Any of the abandoned houses in the Hollow City in Coldharbor, I love the eerie atmosphere there. Sadly you can't enter any of them, but hopefully that means there is a chance one could be made into a home. Preferably to be purchased with gold, it's not like it's big or will have a garden or anything. I saw this one in particular towards the back of the cathedral, I like it because it's crooked and looks like it's sinking into the ground, you can find an NPC banging on the door:

I really like the ones that look like they are sinking into the ground, but most of them are already occupied, I can't remember if there are any other abandoned houses around the city, I'll have to check.

EDIT: It could be tied to the end of the main quest line. Like the end of main quest achievement.

Both of those are awesome. I would love to have snow as well. And the idea of a house in a daedric realm sounds really cool.

Hall of Judgement in Bergama.

Not much of a 'home', but it would be a stunning Hall!
I want it with both bodies of water, and no leaving out the stairs to the second floor.

The Manor of Revelry in Coldharbour.

The lay out of it is soo nice. The extra rooms on either side as well as even most of the outside. I know it wont be that big, but some of the extras it has out there are really cool.

Yes!! Snow please! Heck just add a small yard to the nord house in Windhelm and I'll be happy. I want that magical winter feel!

Agreed. I really want a reasonable sized / priced yard with snow. Something similar to Mournoth Keep.

1- A DWEMER house, built into the side of a rock cliff, similar to the Earthforge, Fighters' Guild or Lower Bthanual:






2- A KHAJIIT small/medium house similar to the stone Lorkhaj temple style (e.g. Do 'Krin Temple):

I have the Mathiisen manor, only because they do not have a manor(or bigger) size house in Eastmarch. I really love elves, but the Sky in Eastmarch is the best in the game. Love seeing aurora borealis(Northern lights)

Hands down Sulima Mansion in Abah's Landing! The interior trumps even Ebonheart Chateau's, and the exterior is beautiful!



Although there is one thing I'd change; I'd want the indoor pool to be bigger. I should be able to swim in a pool, not wade iin ankle-deep water. XP
Other than that, this is what I'm hoping to see the most!

I would like to see some more Altmer homes in Auridon. Some staple homes, some homes around 75-150k. Something with a small yard, close to a waterfall or some pretty green areas.

I wish they allowed us to buy a plot of land and choose which house we wanted to buy and place it on that land. All my house will be on land with streams and rivers running through it.

This would be a cool idea, but they would have to build a "sandbox" (for lack of better words) feature creating many more issues and we know ZOS never fixes the issues it already has, so why add more

There is a similar house in Vvardenfell, its called "Ald Velothi harbor house".

There’s some huge Orc tents in CS, I have some just waiting for a open piece of land so I can make it look like a camp in cyrodiil with siege weapons etc

I also like the atmosphere in Coldharbour, and would love to have a house in the outskirts of the Hollow City; I'd call it the 'Blue Bungalow' Medium-sized homes in Auridon, and northern Eastmatch would be great too!

A coldharbour house has been datamined we just don’t know when it’s coming.

Apparently I read a post where the inactive portal that leads to it is somewhere not to far from hollow city. Depending on what it looks like I might get it as well. I currently have 6 houses , 2 apts all inn rooms and thurs Im getting Pinnacle to be my immortal fortress. I just like decorating em all. Lol
