Seems a zos decided to leave the OP torugs + oblivion in i decided to see if i can make a mag nb proc build basically like stam nb is now.
Ended up with this.

Going to change 1 of the mag regen monster sets for the 1 piece of the new set that gives mag stam and magicka. Should hit 40k magicka then and have 12.5k~ stamina.
The stats will be higher overall as the editor isn;t updated for horns of the reach yet.
Also can someone confirm if the oblivion and a fire dmg glyph procs together? As ones an itade based rune and the other is repora it should double proc. Fire glyph is base cooldown with oblivion right? Because in that case i'll go spell dmg back bar.

How do you plan proccing oblivion glyph? Light/heavy attacks?Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly
