Oh wow, they really changed it up. The first one also lost the skirt.

But, did you notice the date on that? Says 2015 in the lower right... so I guess this is what they did in those two years.

Looks like they released the first one as the second tier female Dunmeri outfit, and merged the second and the third to release the one in this thread (third tier). The second dress on this picture is almost the same as the one in this thread, except for the torso and a few details. The chest on the third one was clearly used as base for it.

The first female Dunmeri outfit released was just the torso of the first and second ones over the pants with boots of the first female Breton outfit.

The third one on the pic is still pretty different (it has clear Almalexia influences on its aesthetic, which I find pretty interesting), so it could be released as a limited outfit (like the hero outfits and the shaman outfit were).

Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

I know I hate it I liked the concept art better

I can't say I "hate" the new version, but I would have liked the dress better if it had been like the concept art.

I understand why some balk at the phrase "nun clothes" w/r/t this dress, given that it's a V-neck. And I want to applaud the fact that it IS a V-neck. Yay, no sarcasm. We have precious few of those - that's precisely *why* it's exciting: because there are so few clothes that show skin w/o being on the "Daedra Seductress" end of the scale. Usually, the clothes that show skin are "barbaric" in some way - they include fur, bones, or feathers. The implication is that civilized women don't show skin, only demons and primitives.

So thank you for the V-neck ZOS. More, please. Some other outfits that show midriff and thighs - without bones or spikes, or other evil/primitive accessories - would be very appreciated.

I would do any amount of grinding for a motif along the lines of Mazzatun, but w/o the ... dream-catcher thingy on the front. Ditto for some version of Draugr that didn't come off my crafting table already looking moth-eaten. Pretty, pretty please.
