Here are a list of housing items that are only available in Amaya lake lounge and ald velothi harbor only... sadly 
please zos offer them as outside sources because I would like to use those sidewalks on my Amaya lake lounge and most people who bought the property for gold are uninterested in selling them

You get cool things with the base game houses too, like unique plants, trees, etc.
I know Strident Springs has an Argonian brazier (purple), Altmer brazier (purple), and Altmer street light (blue) hidden inside the walls. They aren't unique items, but they're nice gifts ZOS forgot to remove.
If you have this house and haven't removed them yet, then do so as it will free up 3 furniture slots.
