    Still no word on prosperous?

    Let's look at the trait in comparison to two others (7 Legendary Pieces of Armor)...

    Divines - 124 Additional Points of Stat Recovery (*with corresponding Mundus)
    Divines - 1065 Additional Points of Stamina/Magicka (*with corresponding Mundus)
    Infused - 800 or 900 Additonal Points of Stam/Mag or Health. (Was infused armor buffed too? 866 or 975 if it was buffed).

    Prosper - 77 Additonal Points of Tri-Stat Recovery.

    ... that's just too low. It needs to be buffed up to about 15 points of recovery per legendary piece to be considered. You could also drop the recovery on the weakest stat meaning that it grants bonus stat recovery to a character's two highest attributes. That would grant a total of 105 Health Recovery and 105 Stam or Mag Recovery for everyone. Would it be the new meta? Probably not, but it would at least be worthwhile at that point.

    Agreed with this one. If you want to make Prosperous useful for combat then 77 for 7 pieces legendary is a laughable amount. It will be even more garbage than now.

    Cool let's just nerf all sets so we can all wear the same set. Super fun. It's not that BiS part I care about. I want to have a unique experience on each class. Silks of the sun on mDK Necro or netchs on sorc. Nah just julianos, on everyone. Heck hundings on Stam. Does this seem fun? Dungeon gear nah trial gear nah get your vMol vHof skins and crag title then you are done.... Yes farming sucks but why play any other toon if it's just different colors? Same sets and rotations.

    If I am not mistaken, Infused is 40% on live, right?

    On live, the calculation would be: (4*0.6)-1=1.4 seconds
    Previous PTS calculation was: (4*0.5)-1=1 second
    Current PTS calculation is now: 4*0.5*0.7=1.4 seconds

    So, it seems to me that they are trying to buff the Infused trait but not buff the Infused + Torug's combo.

    This is correct. The issue is that Torug's + infused is no stronger than just using infused by itself since you can only weave in an enchant every other light attack either way. A 1.4s and a 2s cooldown lead to the same amount of procs, making Torug's pretty much useless.

    So we are just going to disregard the 30 percent potency buff that torugs still provides?

    That's not fixed yet in this patch, but we are aware of the issue.
    Is this related to the change to levelling in 3.0? In that patch, the Character Level XP brackets were changed, and Level XP and Racial Skill XP became desynchronised, when previously they levelled up together (Character Level 30 was earned at the same point as Racial Skill level 30, but isn't any more).

    Is it intended that these no longer level up in sync?

    Will we be seeing any changes to the drop rates of furnishing patterns in morrowind? I have been farming since launch and I haven't found a single purple pattern. Only a handful of greens and 3 blues. I am pretty sure I am not the only one that feels that the drop rate is way to low for a PAID chapter with loads of new patterns!

    @Wrobel Hey can we add the Bow ultimate to the undodgeable list or give it a rework?

    Soul Assault:
    -Cost 100
    -Undodgeable
    -greater then 75k+ tool-tips
    -Cannot cloak
    -Cannot Interrupt

    Bow Ultimate:
    -Costs 175
    -Dodge-able
    -Cloak-able
    -Purge-able
    -Interrupt-able
    -Base skill: less then 47.5k tool-tips
    -Toxic Barrage: Can't even get this to land since its either dodged, cloaked, purged or your interrupted before it happens.
    -Ballista is decent ill give you that but it's still lack lustre because of the cost/damage ratio.

    Can stamina have a useful channelled ultimate or we just gonna leave this as one of the worst and under utilised ultimate's in pvp? Please rework or give it the buff it deserves.

    I'm going to pretend the devs got sick of my in-game bug reports over Engine Guardian and finally fixed it. I lost count of how many times that little metal *** ran off with my resources while i was desperately low and on the verge of death. I ended up reporting it over and over each time i got annoyed.. Finally, nice to see it fixed. (I hope)

    Finally.

    Now it's damage is going to get cried about though. Personally I liked having my dawnbreaker be dodgeable as it taught me to stay right up on an opponent and fight intetelligently. Now we'll have motards spamming it everywhere with a cheap ultimate cost that hits like a truck

    I was wondering why my new warden, who is level 11, is only level 8 in his racial skill line. This is on live on XB.

    I wouldn't mind seeing an increase as well. I have been fortunate to find 2 purple patterns, but they are for a Redoran floral tray and Redoran plate, meal. Seriously?

    However, when I look at guild traders, I see the same player selling 4 or 5 different crafted purple Telvanni pieces or several purple Redoran/Hlaalu pieces (that are desired furniture, like screens, dressers, etc., not some stupid plate). So, some people have managed to find quite a few of the purple plans. I guess I just don't know where to farm.

    At the very least, they could remove the base game plans from the loot tables - or the useless trait stones/glyphs that they added to MW.

    No response from Zenimax about the horrendous bosmer running animation bug? This is very concerning because there is NO way I'll play on live, let alone sub if it's not fixed. BTW it's been on the PTS a long time.

    Yes that's EXACTLY the one I'm referring to. See the last response? It's from ME. Just saying it's been on the PTS a while and I haven't seen anything about it. I just have little faith in Zenimax at this point, although I love the game in so many ways, they often overlook glaringly obvious bugs...since 2014 there's been bugs/typos/etc in the game. Is that not a fact?

    You said there was no response from ZOS. That thread (which, as you say, you have posted in) clearly has a response from ZOS, which is why I was not sure if it was the same issue or not.

    You said there was no response from ZOS. That thread (which, as you say, you have posted in) clearly has a response from ZOS, which is why I was not sure if it was the same issue or not.

    I was referring to there not being any response in this list of bug fixes. I assume they're going to fix it however there is also good reason to doubt them as I said.

    Examples would be the bugs in game that were first reported in literally 2014 like the broken voice overs you hear in Malabal Tor. And also the massive amounts of typos in quest dialog... which is like a 1 person job and could've been fixed in a day or 2.

    The game is good but at times Zenimax makes it hard to love with how they mismanage things and clearly prioritize monetization over quality and polish.

    EDIT: Someone posted a bug report that on live enchantments will deal less damage if proced by a weapon ability. Going to have to test his myself, but this is really bad and would probably mean not using weapon abilities would lead to more overall enchantment damage.

    This only happened if you your first hit of the fight was from either one of the skills i mentioned in that bug report. If your first hit is not one of those skills, or regular light attacks, it will hit at the higher value for the duration of the fight. At least so it seems.

    I'm not sure if this is still a bug on PTS, but it is currently on Live server. Anyway, if they fix the damage drop from those skills, torugs+infused can be quite useful for people using endless hail, and sush, as it does damage every 0.5 seconds, so it should trigger the weapon enchant every third hit, if the recharge timer is with infused +torugs is 1.4 seconds. It will proc a lot, even if you're not doing any other attacks. I did some quick tests on some trash trolls, and got around 10k dps from endless hail + enchant proc only. not using any other skill or light attacks att all.
