Issues I have run into with BGs

It seems some of these issues with BGs have been stated already, but just wanted to add my 2 cents on these issues.

1) Where queue says that it's forming group after all the players already completed ready check; however, at the last moment says someone declined and have to re-enter queue.
2) Having to accept a ready check 5 or 6 times before the BG will load.
3) Being pulled into a BG; however, the status in the team score area is saying "Waiting for more players"; however, after 15 minutes it still says that. So I leave and get a deserter status which means I can't queue for 20 minutes which seems annoying, since the queue is at fault here.
4) Having BG start with us only having 2 or 3 players and get the 3rd or 4th player a few minutes into the BG which handicaps us against other teams that were full to start.

I don't know how much other people are running into these issue, but would be nice if this listed ones could be corrected.
