PS4 Patch problems.

Is there a reason why every time the game patches it downloads the full 40-some-odd GB patch? I know that people have been saying that it's not really that big, but every time there is a patch to download, I end up having to re-download the whole thing. This has also been happening to many of my guild members as well. Again, I have been able to verify that the entire 40 GB or so are downloading every time, and not just verifying files.

If you get 40gb, pause and resume until it shows the correct value.
