Daggerfall overlook.
While I love daggerfall overlook I would like added options!
The fountain, should have an option to remove it.
While its nice, it is taking up room, the space is unusable.
That area would be great for duels or target practice

It should be a furnishing so you can move it to other houses. A house exclusive furnishing but once you have the house you can move it across properties.0
