Ok this a race I made based of my in game character this is the start it does go on but I have to proof read and check that kinda thing so here is Chapter One
Chapter One Beginning of the Aner
I once asked my mother how we all started she simply smiled and said let me you tell you then. It all started in another land called Tamriel to the South west of our current home we left there due to fear and a stark warning of one god to the race as a whole. We where once all Altmer in the past back in the Merethic Era when one man named Veloth took followers of Boethia too Morrowind. There the followers called themselves the Chimer Changed Ones in there tongue of the time nothing like we talk today but there was a race there they called themselves the Dwermer or Deep Ones that lived a large mountain called Vvardenfell. The two did not get along and fought many times till another group people called the Nords Conquered all the Lands of the Chimer, they rose up and fought theme for fifteen years till 1E416, to become free once again. This is where our story as a people begins, then there where great houses of the Chimer that ruled the land, Redoran, Telvanni, Indoril, Dres, Sadras, Hlaalu, Dagoth where we are from at one point in our history.
As time went on after the War with the Nords the Chimer and Dwermer got along and created a way to communicate and live in peace threw the Resdayn both got along not perfect many issues but they worked together. One day in 1E688 Voryn told the leader of the Chimer, Nerevar that the Dwermer found the Heart of a god, the name of which I cant remember anymore. The two pick sides and fought on one side was the followers of Nerevar with the all the houses except for one, Dagoth. They choice the side of the Dwermer due to the fact there king was trying to keep the peace with the Chimer and Nerevar his name was Dumac. Both tried drastically to negotiate a peace so the time would be good and no war would be needed, but one of Dumac peoples called Kagrenac made tools to handle this heart they found.
Once that happened war broke out amongst the two people again, all the houses followed Nerevar as I said earlier but one did not. The house was Dagoth and the leader was Voryn leader of the house Dagoth the same that told Nerevar of the heart side with the Dwermer. He saw that Dumac tried all he could to keep the peace, he also didn't believe in the war that the Chimer did for a heart that neither side understood. So they fought for many years till the moment the battle for Red Mountain started and carried till the Chimer where on the verge of defeating the Dwermer. Then Kagrenac used the tools he made to mess with the heart then poof all the Dwermer where gone all of theme event he ones that didn't participate in the war. Nerevar found our leader then Voryn mad by the heart protecting the heart itself. Nerevar felt pity for the house so fought him and did not kill him but knocked him out so as to remove the heart in some way and help e dear friend. Nerevar ordered that the heart be protected when he consulted with Azura another one of the Chimer Gods and decided to destroy the heart.
That never happened as his most trusted friends in the war other than Dygoth killed him according to some sources, Sotha Sil, Vivec and Almelexia his own wife, Some say it was Dygoth that killed Nerevar. I cant see this being done as he was not able to fight Nerevar with him being knocked out. By the end of it the came out and where made gods for some reason. No one really questioned it so the Chimer changed to the Dunmer and all where punished by Azura and turned to ash skinned. One side of the now Dunmer believed in the what they called the Tribunal while house Dygoth did not, the house broke up, Some where absorbed to other houses some followed Dygoth in the mountain and stayed there. Few followed Dagoth's daughter Esroniet out of fear what the new Gods would do to theme from there apparent betrayal by there words against Nerevar.
She and few followers of a few thousand left Morrowind there homeland to flee and leave the anger and hatred of the Tribunal of what could be there deaths. They left leaving Vvardenfell North East to find what could be a new landmass for theme to call home and live in peace. A great storm arose and pushed the followers to an island chain that we live on now, they namd the island after Dagoth,s daughter as she died in the trip here but never stopped believing in her followers or in the land. They soon made a home for themselves here, the land was harsh, and times where hard but look at us now we many from few. Now go to bed little one I will tell you the rest of the story tomorrow before you leave.
Sorry it is a lot fo reading guys but that is what I have so far when I get the rest doen I will post and put it here on the rest of the history once it is finished ad proofed read and such.
