How do you get the new Skin?

Currently in the collectible tab it says "available in crownstore", but you don't get it with the DLC it self and you can't buy it separately either. I guess it is a reward for no death, hardmode, timerun or whatever like the SotH skins, but it isn't listed under any achievement. Would be nice if that could get fixed.
