Bit late to respond to one of the OP requests, but they did make so you can visit houses other than the primary. This addon (http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info1758-PorttoFriendsHouse.html) will allow you to do just that.

    Nice

    Is it buggy ?

Yes, agree 100%. Other MMO games with housing have the ability for players to visit another players homes in a variety of ways from lists to walking up to the door in the game world and interacting with it. ESO needs a similar ability to allow players to share their homes, all of them instead of just the Primary.

Some players make housing their primary pursuit in these games, albeit a small group, but we exist. Investing so much time crafting, collecting, decorating and to only be able to share one home to the general public feels very underwhelming. I hope the Developers will consider improving these options.

Oh this is fantastic! Thank you for sharing! Just to be clear... does it allow you to port to someone's non-primary residence even if they are not online?

Yes it does, though that home has to be open to visitors.

Not that I've seen, and the author is maintaining it well at this point.

Anotrher thing they need to consider is impliementing guild housing seperate from personal housing, guilds grow change etc over time, leadership changes yadda yadda ya, and it'd be nice if a guild could own a house.

Unfortunately the only way things get any acknowledgement or attention in this game is to have a large enough population of players actively get upset and start throwing screaming tantrums on the forums.

There have been well over a hundred polite, well mannered requests buried in other posts for someone at zos to at least acknowledge our concerns with housing item limit.

    And still we get nothing.

Yep. At this point I'd even be "excited" if they'd tell us why they can't or won't do it.

If that is the 'do y'all way to get attention and it isn't getting you attention or answers, maybe you have it wrong... Just saying.

Wouldn't mind the cap going up, but out of 6 houses I only have a medium one that is full. My larger ones are only around 3/4. None feel empty either. A lack of response is a good indicator that there is no need or benefit for ZoS to do it.

That would indicate that there is no need or benefit for ZOS to do anything.

What incredible insight. That is clearly why we all wait fruitlessly for communication on nearly all matters. Just saying.

The likely truth hurts? Seriously though, the forums beg and demand for answers when they basically already have it. ZoS is a business, if there was enough demand for more slots they would monetize it pretty fast and likely state it was coming for hype.

I believe you may have missed the tenor of my reply.

And regrettably I have to disagree with your interpretation of ZOS's lack of response. We all know that they will do (or not do) everything in their own sweet time, and the fact that they do not care to reply to questions does not mean that they will not consider them, and even act on them eventually.

Well there you are. We can agree to disagree. But life would be a dull place if we all agreed with everybody, don't you think ? :)

Have to take into account ZoS intentions in housing too. They made housing for player to decorate a house. It's unlikely they account for people wanting to write their names in candles with giant letters or strange floating arenas.
    Can't agree more here.
In fact, I find the idea of floating houses with 2x4 "walkways" in mid-air offensive.
    This isnt mario-land.

We need to be able to do this with ALL the houses we own. We also need to be able to create exclusive guestlists from our friends list. Also, please double the player caps now. At the very least. You can even announce that you are doing it as a trial run, to be rescinded if it causes problems. Those HUGE notable residences feel empty even with 24 people in them when they can EASILY accommodate 48. Same for the 12 player cap homes that can easily hold 24. We spend a ton of money on this purely social perk. Please finally make it worthwhile.

An addon was just added called Port to Friends House (I think). It allows you to teleport to any of your friends houses and they can teleport to any of yours now. It allows players to access all your residences basically through a simple to use in game menu. Of course if the residence is locked they still can't enter but if it is open then anyone can enter now at anytime.

Still dosn't fix the player cap but at least we can show off all our houses
