Saturnana✭✭✭✭✭I'm guessing you did not win anything, but are in fact referring to the Doom Wolf mount that came with your purchase of the DB expansion for ES Legends. Regardless, you should be able to redeem codes on PS4 from the store menu (as you would for any other code/game I suppose) as is described here:
