This just look so much more balanced. Sometimes you OP trying to burst someone doen, but notices they have good def or are being healed, so he backs off. Then when the moment is there he jump on them and executes. THAT right there ladies and gentlemen, is called skilled play. No lazy proc sets that give you chain burst to nuke people in 2 hits.

wow that's incredibly clever how you completely ignore the community's use of the term procset to refer to several fotm sets which proc a large amount of direct damage, a usage which at the point of this posting has become so common that 100s of posts have been made across dozens of threads referring to proc sets without ANY confusion on anyone's part as to what "procsets" are in reference to

yes I had a lot of addons (5) not 600, yes it doesn't bother me. its my playstyle. I like to have 100% knowledge of what is going on in the field and because of that I am able to back off and reassess an entire fight in a couple of seconds and readjust my playstyle to contribute the most in that fight.

as of right now with all these proc sets guaranteeing these hits on x amount of seconds on x percent on hits, not being able to block a single spell could mean life or death in any 1vX or 1v1 situation against someone who has double or triple proc sets. Now if you multiple that by X amount of people it just gets insanely dumb. Why be at a bigger disadvantage when you are already not in favor of the fight?

This game wouldn't be alive right now without us Console plebs. We make up for the largest majority of players on ESO. Plus we play the game as is no cheats no macros no add-ons telling us when to block, attack and dodgeroll.

This PC player cracks me up challenge yourself come to console 1 day. I know you need a blueray if your watching bluerays on comp screen your a level 5. ( All Good )

And PC Master Race ? Aint nobody trying to argue consoles are ever going to surpass pcs. I just play games bro relax have some warm milk.
